Liberty Mutual Customer Alerts is a web-based SMS and e-mail messaging service. The service enables normal (non-premium) SMS messaging services as well as e-mail services. There are several pre-built SMS and e-mail applications that can help Liberty Mutual manage recipient (end-user) permissions and opt-in/opt-out lists. It includes several vertical applications that can be deployed either individually or bundled together. The result is a service that can address a wide variety of messaging services across the organization that comply with Mobile Marketing Association (MMA) and other regulations that govern the use of SMS and e-mail.

  12. Unsolicited SMS text messages sent to 444333 may not be monitored.
  13. MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service) messages may be sent by this service to deliver relevant images or Liberty Mutual Insurance employee vCards. vCard is a file format standard for electronic business cards that allows mobile customers to easily import Liberty Mutual Insurance employee contact information into device contact lists.
  14. If your phone does not support MMS, the user will receive SMS instead.
